General Maintenance Worker/Mechanic with Security Clearance

We are seeking a highly motivated and mechanically inclined individual with a strong background in general maintenance and mechanical work to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Naval support equipment, aircraft maintenance, and tool control programs. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety. Key Responsibilities: -Maintain, service, and conduct minor repairs on naval support equipment. -Assist Industrial Machine Mechanics and other workers with their tasks. -Operate various industrial machines and use general hand tools. -Inspect hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical components in accordance with publications. -Perform preventative maintenance actions as required. -Manage shift production needs by delegating duties and managing breaks to comply with flight schedules. -Inspect servicing and specials performed on aircraft as a Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative (CDQAR). -Service engines and transmissions on helicopters, assessing fluid levels and performing additional preventative maintenance actions. -Ensure all tools are accounted for and maintain tool control logs daily. -Coordinate ground, flight, and maintenance operations as a Flight Line Coordinator. -Manage personnel in the tool room, including break schedules, training, and safety performance. -Inspect work center tools, inventory, order, and replace tools and consumables. -Collaborate with Command Supply Officer and Leadership to implement new procedures and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
