Assist call ins and walk ins with various policy requests. Document each customer contact in eAgent. Return all phone messages promptly. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Requirements Ideal Candidate: Must be able to thrive in a close-knit, family-run agency environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter with a passion for helping others Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance Sales or customer service experience 1-3 years.
