Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel CT Technologist – Travel Contract Shift: 12-hour nights – Saturday, Sunday, Monday (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) Schedule: Set schedule, no rotation Guaranteed Hours: 36/week Contract Length: ~13 weeks Setting: Acute Care – Level 1 Trauma Center Facility Rules: Radiation badge provided by client RTO Policy: Must be submitted upfront (max 7 days per 13-week contract) No additional RTO allowed after submission Department & Unit Details: Department: CT Equipment: Siemens scanners, Bracco contrast injectors Rooms/Scanners: 8 treatment areas Float: May float between main campus and UC campus (stand-alone ER) Patient Population: Pediatrics to geriatrics, high acuity Case Types: CTA, cardiac CT, perfusion, busy OR and ER imaging Orientation: 36–40 hours Pace: Fast-paced, high volume Requirements: Certifications: ARRT (R) required CT certification preferred BLS required Experience: Level 1 trauma experience required Travel experience required Prefer overnight techs who can perform both CT and X-ray Must be able to perform venipuncture Skills Needed: Ability to handle shifting priorities in a high-volume setting Self-motivated, proactive, strong problem-solving skills Team-oriented with strong follow-up and customer service skills Systems Used: EMR: EPIC PACS: McKesson Holiday & Weekend Requirements: Weekend: Based on assigned shift (this position is Sat/Sun/Mon) Holiday: If needed by the department Job ID 16938120 About Genie Healthcare Genie Healthcare is one of the fastest growing Nurse Travel Agencies in the USA.
