Your Role as a Real Estate Agent: Manage and respond to high-quality inbound leads provided by the company. Build strong relationships by understanding client needs. Guide buyers and sellers through every step of their real estate journey. Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver outstanding client experiences. What We’re Looking For: An active real estate license, or be taking real estate courses. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset. Experience in sales, customer service, real estate, or a related field. Ability to handle a high volume of leads and multitask effectively.
