WANTED: Assistant Foreman for Homeowners Association Location: Torrance, CA We are seeking an Assistant Foreman for a Homeowners Association located in Torrance, CA. The ideal candidate should have: - Experience in maintenance and repairs - Strong supervisory skills - A background in construction - Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies - Conduct regular inspections, repairs, and maintenance of buildings, units, and grounds - Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventories - Troubleshoot and repair light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues - Maintain community amenities such as pools, spas, and fitness equipment - Assist in training staff and maintain effective communication with supervisors - Respond to emergency maintenance needs.
