Get a glimpse of our shop and team: Watch our video About the Job We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Shop Assistant to support our production and inspection teams. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, ready to learn, and eager to be part of a fast-moving aerospace environment. What You’ll Do Assist with cutting raw material using saws Help with bench work and general shop tasks Count, pack, and store finished parts Support light inspection and assembly tasks Help clean parts and perform preventive maintenance Sort, organize, and restock materials and boxes Tag, bag, and label parts for shipment Perform runner duties (moving items across departments) Support the Gage Lab, Tool Crib, and assist with forklift operation Assist with shipping and receiving tasks What You Need 1 year of related shop or warehouse experience (preferred) High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to follow instructions and work safely Forklift experience is a plus Physical Requirements Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Use hands and arms to move, reach, and handle parts Why Work With Us Health Coverage: 100% paid medical, dental, and vision for employees 401K Profit Sharing Paid Time Off: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years 7 Paid Holidays Perks: Monthly catered lunches, work boot & safety glasses allowance, employee discounts Career Growth: On-the-job training, cross-training, and up to $1,000/year for continuing education ????
