Pre-Litigation Supervising Attorney

Job Description Job Description Description We are a prominent and growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Newport Beach and are seeking an Attorney to join our team! The ideal candidate is self-motivated who thrives in an independent work environment and can handle a significant caseload. As our Supervising Attorney, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of attorneys and case managers in the fight to earn the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements achievable. Responsibilities: Manage personal injury cases from inception through settlement. Analyze client cases, including reviewing medical records, police reports, and other evidence. Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and third parties to ensure clients receive fair compensation. Prepare and draft demand letters, settlement offers, and other legal correspondence. Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on case progress and settlement opportunities. Collaborate with experts such as medical professionals, accident reconstructionist, and other specialists to support case development. Ensure compliance with all legal and procedural requirements throughout the settlement process. Work closely with senior attorneys, assisting with litigation strategy when necessary. Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and valid CA bar license. 2 years of experience handling personal injury cases, with a focus on settlement negotiations. Proven ability to successfully negotiate settlements in personal injury matters. Strong understanding of personal injury law, insurance policies, and client advocacy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, with the ability to manage a significant caseload. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
