Gardener

Duties: Tend to garden beds, pathways and productive spaces with consistency, care and seasonal awareness Support planting, weeding, harvesting, composting and garden upkeep under the guidance of our regenerative farmer and our grounds care team Maintain the beauty and function of guest-facing gardens, helping them feel alive, intentional and well-loved Assist with thoughtful harvesting and preparing of produce for the kitchen and wider hospitality team Stay open to learning, collaboration and the rhythms of a living, growing environment Requirements: Matric would be advantageous Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar environment Must be able to operate garden equipment and tools Must be a team player Familiar with mixing of soils and fertilisers Making and transplanting of seedlings and cuttings
