Facility: This healthcare facility is a Level 3 trauma center serving the local community with dedicated care services. The hospital features specialized cardiology services and maintains high standards of patient care in a collaborative environment. The facility has a strong reputation for clinical excellence and is committed to providing comprehensive healthcare services to the surrounding region. Opportunity: ACLS-Cardiology Job Details: Locum Tenens opportunity covering 1-2 weeks per month Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm with guaranteed 10 hours per day Possibility of one week per month on-call (clinic & night call M-F, plus 24hr weekend call) Patient volume: 18-20 encounters per shift Required skills include outpatient and inpatient cardiology, ICU experience, non-invasive procedures, echocardiography, and TEE Cardiac catheterization experience required Nuclear cardiology and STEMI experience preferred Must be board certified or board eligible within 5 years of fellowship Active CA license and DEA required ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days (possibility of temporary privileges for providers with clean files) Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice insurance included. Overtime available after 10 hours per day with prior approval from clinical operations.
