Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients, including trauma, surgical, and neurological cases. - Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions as needed. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Perform competency tests as mandated within 24 hours of application submission. - Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including wearing designated navy blue scrubs. Qualifications: - Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting (trauma, surgical, and neurological). - Demonstrated competency in critical care nursing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to float to other units as required.
