You’ll provide exceptional support through all phases of the customer journey—from questions to sales and renewals—while following compliance standards and delivering compassionate service. Responsibilities: Help individuals understand healthcare coverage and recommend suitable products and services Handle full lifecycle service and sales (inbound or outbound follow-ups) Address inquiries with empathy and recommend best-fit solutions efficiently Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs Complete new health plan enrollments or renewals Meet expected sales conversion goals Required Qualifications: Active health insurance license in the state of Georgia Minimum 6 months of sales experience Understanding and adherence to HIPAA privacy standards Strong customer service skills (empathy, listening, problem-solving) High school diploma or equivalent Proficient computer navigation and system usage Benefits: $25/hour guaranteed pay while onsite Performance bonus (most earn $26/hour, top earners $28/hour) Paid Time Off (PTO) Tuition reimbursement Health and wellness incentives
