Job Description

We are looking for a Clienteling Coordinator to join our Global Clienteling team and play a key role in enhancing customer engagement across all touchpoints. This role is pivotal in strengthening relationships with Christian Louboutin’s loyal clientele, driving the brand’s customer strategy forward through thoughtful planning, cross-functional collaboration, and effective campaign management. Key Responsibilities: Clienteling Campaign Development & Execution: Co-create a global and local Clienteling roadmap for One-To-One campaigns, aligned with key brand moments and specific market needs. Help lead the design, coordination, and execution of Clienteling campaigns, including creating templates, drafting briefs for the visual identity team, and ensuring the timely approval of assets. Assist in developing targeted customer segments for campaigns, leveraging data insights to personalize engagement strategies. Analyze customer behavior across segments to adapt campaign strategies, optimize customer interactions, and boost ROI. Track and monitor campaign performance, evaluate KPIs, and help generate actionable insights to improve future campaigns. Collect feedback from regional teams and boutiques, adapting and enhancing campaigns based on their input. Optimization of Clienteling Tools: Contribute to the continuous enhancement of clienteling tools, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and improve client engagement. Collaborate with the IT team to plan, implement, and test new features and functionalities for clienteling tools. Maintain the accuracy and relevance of templates and visual assets within the tools. Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to ensure alignment with industry trends. Regularly test and assess the tools to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the teams and clients. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (CRM, Data, Omnichannel, Global Communications, E-commerce, Design/UX, IT, Client Performance, and Image) to ensure alignment and drive synergies across global and regional clienteling efforts. Provide ongoing support to regional teams, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and driving customer engagement at a local level. Develop action plans and set clear objectives to support business goals and enhance customer loyalty. Campaign Planning & Coordination: Oversee and manage the campaign planning tool to ensure smooth, coordinated execution of initiatives across regions. Adjust timelines and strategies as necessary to meet objectives and deliver successful campaigns. Support regional teams with effective campaign coordination, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and within scope. Training & Knowledge Sharing Update and help develop training materials for new functionalities and best practices in clienteling activities. Work closely with the HR and Training teams to help design and implement training programs for key users and initiatives. Deliver training sessions to ensure key stakeholders are aligned on campaign goals, tools, and best practices What We Are Looking For: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in clienteling or a related role, ideally within the luxury retail Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives while maintaining a high standard of organization and attention to detail. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance client engagement. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams and functions. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and French. Additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Salesforce, PowerBI, and Excel.
