Main missions/responsibilities Maintain the quality culture within the SCM and guarantee operational performance in a continuous improvement process Monitor the performance of our carriers: feed the dashboard with customer complaints and carrier non-conformities, follow the evolution of the data, establish KPI Analyze data by customers and carriers, by type of RC/NCR, etc. Tracking & tracing Contribute to the reduction of RC/NCR Conduct analyses of our CO2 emissions: financial and environmental impact Prepare data for team meetings (finance & quality) Prepare data and materials for QBRs (Quarterly Business Review) with the main carriers. Be involved in facilitating these QBRs Manage carrier audits (planning, preparation, analysis, reporting, actions tracking) Be the main contact during internal/external audits (Unite, FCA, etc.) Help with chartering of transport Monitor transport regulations Participate in various projects (Carrier Safety Day, tender, safety protocols, transportation specifications, etc.) Collaborate closely with other departments (Logistics, Customer Service, Sales QSHE, Factories,…) to improve the overall performance of our organization Qualifications Ideally MBA, at least a bachelor degree in transportation/quality Minimum 10 years of road chartering experience Strong appetite for KPI analysis Languages : French & English fluent is a must. A third language would be highly appreciated (Dutch or German) Dynamism, stress resistance, team spirit SAP, Microsoft Office, Power Bi knowledge Geographically mobile (for Business Review, audits,…) For this position we are looking for someone having a big potential to grow within the organization Department/Area France, Omya SCM, location Erbray (44). The position reports to Head of Logistics France & Benelux, Customer Service & Inventory Management France.
