Position Overview At MediaKind, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset. We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our People Team in France to support our initiatives in attracting, retaining, and developing talent that aligns with our global People and Business strategies. Key Responsibilities Execute People Strategy across Talent, Rewards, L&D, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Planning, Workplace, and HRIS in collaboration with leaders and stakeholders. Providing administrative support through the employee life cycle, preparing employee related letters and documents ensuring legal compliance and consistency. Maintain templates and ensure updates reflect policies and legislation. Supporting data audits and reporting requests. Advise and Support employees and managers on employment-related matters through the employee life cycle. Advocating Health and Wellness by supporting employees and managers through health and wellness initiatives. Maintain HR Data Quality by accurately updating HRIS system, processing changes related to onboarding, promotions, transfers, exits, and personal data updates to support best practices and informed decision-making Foster employee engagement through planning and implementation of cultural and engagement initiatives. Ensure Legal Compliance with local employment laws and regulations. Providing updates, advice and guidance to employees and managers. Manage Employee Relations including works council and trade union negotiations, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks. Required Skills and Qualifications A degree and/or equivalent qualifications relevant to the position At least 8 years experience within Human Resources ideally in an international Company Ability to work in a fast pace rapidly evolving environment. Thorough understanding of people-related policies and processes associated with the employee life-cycle. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of French employment legislation, rules, and regulations Excellent written and oral communication skills, must be able to speak fluent English Demonstrate understanding of building and developing stakeholder relationships with the ability to work cross culturally with international employees. Ability to manage, often complex and difficult situations whilst demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
