Reverse Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Reverse Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage the inbound side of our reverse logistics operations. In this role, you will oversee the intake, inspection, processing, and documentation of returned goods, ensuring efficient workflows, compliance with company standards, and timely resolution of product returns. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily inbound reverse logistics operations including receiving, unpacking, inspecting, and processing returned merchandise. Lead, train, and support a team of associates to meet productivity and quality goals. Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and adjust labor resources as needed to meet deadlines and service levels. Ensure all returned goods are accurately documented and processed according to company policies. Maintain accurate records of inventory, discrepancies, and disposition of returned items (e.g., restock, repair, recycle, dispose). Collaborate with other departments (Customer Service, Quality Control, Inventory, etc.) to resolve return-related issues. Enforce safety standards and ensure a clean, organized, and compliant workspace. Analyze performance data and suggest improvements to optimize inbound return processes. Assist in audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation related to reverse flow items. Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) and other tools to track inbound return progress and maintain KPIs. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in logistics or business preferred) 2 years of experience in warehouse or reverse logistics operations, including supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of reverse logistics processes, including returns, refurbishing, and disposal workflows. Proficiency with WMS systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
