ERP Project Manager

We’re excited to be partnering with a rapidly growing medical device company embarking on a major digital transformation journey across its global manufacturing network. As part of this next phase, a brand-new opportunity has emerged for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the design and deployment of a harmonized ERP system across multiple international sites. Why it Matters: This transformation will shape how life-saving technologies are delivered globally improving speed, visibility, and scalability across all business units. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of a ERP systems across global manufacturing sites Align and harmonize business processes across units, ensuring data consistency, compliance, and performance Coordinate internal and external teams, run steering committees, and manage project timelines and budgets Build out monitoring tools, training programs, and user support systems to embed the new ERP platform successfully Act as a strategic partner across departments to ensure processes meet global quality, compliance, and operational standards Ideal Candidate: 10 years of experience in ERP systems deployment within industrial or regulated environments (SAP, Oracle, Infor, Dynamics, etc.) Proven success managing cross-functional teams and projects across multiple international sites Strong background in process and data modeling, project governance, and stakeholder engagement PMP certification preferred, alongside Lean Six Sigma knowledge Experienced in Agile, Waterfall, and modern project tracking tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello) Fluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus Highly organized, proactive, and able to navigate complexity with confidence If you're looking to play a key role in a global transformation initiative within a purpose-driven company, I’d love to hear from you.
