People Specialist

ABOUT THE JOB As a People Specialist, you will become part of a dynamic, rapidly growing international organization. In this role, you serve as a point of contact for various HR inquiries and ensure smooth handling of administrative and organizational processes, such as payroll. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS AN PEOPLE SPECIALIST? · Providing support to employees in various HR related topics (such as compensation, leavers etc.) and resolving any issues or problems. · Manage temporary staff and related processes. · Collect and validate payroll data and cooperate with external payroll provider. · Ensure that practices comply with labor law, agreements and procedures and manage legal matters such as dispute, disciplinary procedures and dismissals. · Review and update mandatory documents (f.e. DUERP, DUE, internal regulations). · Serving as a liaison with external organizations. · Analyze and report on relevant statistics. · Analyze training needs, development plans and manage logistics and administration. · Contribute to cross-functional HR projects. WHAT DO YOU BRING AS AN PEOPLE SPECIALIST? · Current knowledge legislation and labor law. · Excellent knowledge on payroll · Completed HBO education and relevant work experience. · Excellent command of both the French and English (B2 min) language.
