As a CXO Technology Support Sr Analyst, you will maintain end-user relationships across the organization and provide technical support to Deloitte’s mobile workforce. This role lets you demonstrate excellent customer service and technical skills for resolving issues with laptops, printers, and software. Qualifications 3 years of experience Bachelor´s degree Computer Science or equivalent experience Cloud Infrastructure Microsoft Office Advanced SAP BASIS/HANA DB Preferred: Certified in Advanced SAP BASIS/HANA DB Experience or certified in Linux Operating System Administration / Engineering Responsibilities Provide technical support in the areas of computer hardware and software. Administer, configure, monitor and test application servers for business and network operations. Performs daily system monitoring of system KPIs and take necessary action. Verifies integrity and availability of hardware, network and server installations Verifies completion of scheduled jobs such as backups, restores, and patches. Stay current on new and emerging trends to provide input on new technology solutions. Implement end user and application security functions Monitor storage capacities and performance for applications servers. Analyzes and resolves technology and end user incidents during standard business hours or on-call rotations; Monitors issue resolutions and collaborates with the application team and engineers when necessary to resolve and apply fixes Review compliance with Software Testing Life-Cycle standards. Maintains standard application and operations procedure documentation May serve internal or external clients. Assists with special projects and generating ad-hoc reports. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
