Job Description
Customer Experience Specialist - Reggio Emilia Adecco Italia is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector in Italy. The role involves: Supervising affiliated retail points (tobacconists, bars, betting shops); Explaining the app-based services to potential clients; Supporting clients with downloading and registration processes; Assisting with initial gameplay to access attractive bonuses. Requirements: Previous experience in promoting services or products is preferred; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities; Flexibility and availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday; Proficiency with IT tools, especially mobile apps.
