Job Title: Operations and Logistics Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations and Logistics Manager with over 20 years of expertise in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in logistics management, operations, project management, and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement logistics, warehouse, and distribution processes. Lead operations across multiple divisions, including human resources, finance, purchasing, customer service, sales forecasting, production control, and quality control. Manage budgets, shipments, and the preparation of annual budgets. Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications such as C-TPAT, ISO TS-16949, ISO 14000, and Ford Q1. Optimize inventory levels and implement cost reduction strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Oversee the recruitment and training of staff, ensuring a high efficiency-quality ratio. Implement safety protocols and training programs to maintain a zero-accident workplace. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. MBA is a plus. Advanced proficiency in English. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, AS400) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proven experience in project management, lean manufacturing, and cost reduction. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience: Extensive experience in logistics, transportation, and warehouse management. Successful track record in developing and implementing operational processes. Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale projects. Proven ability to increase production efficiency and reduce costs. Strong background in customer service and sales forecasting. Key Achievements: Developed warehouse, transportation, and distribution processes, optimizing product reception and delivery. Implemented inventory management systems, reducing costs and improving efficiency. Led the development of multiple production plants and administrative offices. Achieved significant cost reductions and increased sales through strategic supplier development and customer relationship management.
