A Day in the Life As Director of Finance, you will lead the hotel’s financial strategy and operations. You’ll oversee all accounting functions, manage the budgeting and forecasting process, and ensure compliance with GAAP, USALI, and local regulations. You’ll collaborate with department heads to drive profitability, prepare accurate financial reports, and support audits and internal controls. You’ll be a strategic advisor to the General Manager and ownership group, playing a key role in supporting our growth and continued success. Who You Are A finance leader with at least 8 years of progressive experience in hotel accounting, including 4 years in a senior-level role. A detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of Payroll, A/P, A/R, Income Audit, Credit, Cash Flow Management, and HOA Accounting. A natural coach with a proven ability to build and inspire productive, cross-functional finance teams. Proficient in financial systems, reporting, and analysis, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. B.S. in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience). The Offer Competitive compensation and bonus potential. Medical, insurance.
