Accounts Receivable Supervisor Position Summary The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will play a pivotal role in optimizing and managing the end-to-end AR process to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in collections preferably. Primary Responsibilities Execute the vision for the AR function, aligning with overall business objectives and collaborate with leadership to drive Collections initiatives that contribute to Cash and Past Due reduction. Analyze and streamline end-to-end AR processes to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times, controls enhancement and implement best practices to ensure accuracy in Credit and Collection, Dispute Identification. Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Cash apps, Finance, and other relevant departments to foster a collaborative and seamless AR process and establish and maintain strong communication channels to address and resolve issues in a timely manner. Monitor and deliver on performance indicators related to AR function and implement performance improvement initiatives and control checks to achieve and exceed established metrics. Drive collection strategies and customer analytics, supporting cash-flow forecasting, overseeing the analysis of deductions. Establishing, maintaining and improving up-to-date process documentation, ensuring compliance with all group policies and procedures. Implement and maintain regular reporting regarding the status and performance of collections activities. Being a key member of the transitions to relocate activities to Bucharest, when applicable. Lead talent, development of the team through recruitment, training, coaching, project assignment, empowerment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent required at least 5 years experience in Accounts Receivable Management, Credit and Collection Management, Deduction Management Experience with Cash reconciliation and application Good planning and organizational skills, experience in large multicultural organizations Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communications skills, very high customer service orientation English language: full professional proficiency Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Outstanding analytical.
