As Depot Manager, you’ll be at the heart of a busy operation, ensuring the depot runs smoothly and customer satisfaction remains second to none. So what does the role look like? Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy depot, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functions Driving sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets, while building strong relationships with customers Managing and motivating a team, including recruitment, training, and ensuring health & safety compliance ️ Overseeing fleet management, including maintenance and workshop operations Implementing best practices to enhance service delivery and operational performance So do you have what it takes? ✅ Significant experience in commercial vehicle rentals, with a proven background in sales and operations A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a motivated mindset Exceptional customer service skills—customer satisfaction is at the core of what you do ️ Excellent communication skills, able to liaise at all levels of the business Experience in staff management, training, and a solid understanding of health & safety regulations IT literate, with proficiency in industry-relevant software and tools Here’s the package breakdown for you Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm (with a one-hour lunch break) ️ Every third Saturday, 8am–12pm Competitive salary & benefits (details discussed at interview) Opportunity to join a dynamic, supportive team Ready to take your career to the next level?
