Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team onsite in Brazil. This role requires excellent communication skills, fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing), and a strong aptitude for working with software tools. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with customers, supporting internal teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations within our business. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to leadership and internal teams. Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and in-person, in fluent English. Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics. Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed. Enter, update, and maintain data in various software platforms, including monday.com and related tools. Support customer onboarding processes and respond to basic client inquiries. Coordinate with different departments to ensure tasks and projects progress on schedule. Perform general office duties such as filing, expense tracking, and record keeping. Requirements Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Proven experience in administrative, executive assistant, or customer service roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of software proficiency, including: Project management tools (monday.com experience preferred). Office suite applications (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office). Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
