Purpose and Objectives: To provide support for the effective operation of the examinations team including: Engaging with and using a range of internal and external systems and platforms to view record and review (RR) footage. Release RR results in accordance with NOCN guidance and instructions. Engage with malpractice and maladministration processes. Liaise across NOCN departments including quality/assurance/customer service as required. The development and delivery of end to end awarding process. Compiling examination data including standardisation activity. Formatting and standardisation activity as required. To contribute to the continuing improvement of the examinations service by reporting on the efficacy of processes and procedures. Key Requirements, Qualifications and Knowledge: The successful candidate must have:- Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy. Educated to Level 2 (GCSE level/other appropriate vocational qualifications). Experience of working with a diverse range of customers. Willingness to travel within the UK. Nice to have criteria: Evidence of continuing professional development. Experience of working with awarding organisations or similar bodies in a regulated environment. Experience of conducting remote invigilation. Experience of servicing committees.
