Job Description

Are you a research-driven professional with a passion for science, policy, or public health? We're recruiting for a temporary Research Officer to support a high-profile project. This role will suit someone with strong analytical and research capabilities who can confidently gather, review, and interpret complex data to support future decision-making across the sector. 12-month temporary assignment | Hybrid (3 days onsite - Weybridge area, Surrey) What you'll be doing: Conducting desk-based research and literature reviews Identifying and analysing gaps in current sector knowledge Supporting the commissioning of research activities where required Collaborating with internal teams and external partners Helping to shape future research priorities and funding opportunities We're looking for: A background in veterinary science, biology, immunology, pharma, or related research-based discipline Experience in academic or applied research (PhD or equivalent useful but not essential) The ability to translate scientific findings into actionable insights Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills A proactive, organised, and independent approach This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a meaningful and forward-thinking programme with real-world impact.
