Job Advert: Customer service advisor Location: Stockport Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £25,300 per annum Hybrid. The Role: As a customer service advisor you will be expected to provide a high standard of customer service to all customers through various channels. Key Responsibilities: Their first point of contact for all incoming customer queries via telephone and email. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Responding promptly to customer inquiries Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Supporting and mentoring junior or new colleagues as and when necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. What We're Looking For: To be able to diffuse conflict and manage stressful interactions. To be able to clearly communicate and actively listen. Background in telephone based customer service Working Hours: Monday to Thursday in the office, 08:30-17:00 Friday work from home Benefits: 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), with the option to buy up to 5 extra days.
