Key Responsibilities Contacting individuals and businesses by phone to discuss overdue accounts Handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy Setting up affordable repayment plans Maintaining accurate customer records and data entry Achieving personal and team performance targets Processing customer payments accurately through internal systems Adhering to compliance guidelines and internal procedures Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a call centre, collections, or credit control role Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Comfortable working to KPIs and targets Confident making outbound calls and managing challenging conversations Quick to learn new systems and adapt to different technologies A problem-solver with a proactive, customer-focused approach Benefits Basic salary of up to £26,000 with monthly bonus (Realistic OTE £30,000) Hybrid working model (after probation) Free on-site parking Company pension scheme Employee discount scheme Casual-smart dress code Christmas savings scheme Death in service benefit Supportive, friendly team environment Regular incentives and performance rewards If you’re interested in this opportunity and meet the above criteria, please submit your application!
