Supplying both branded and white-label solutions to the electrical wholesale, distribution, and OEM sectors, they have built a strong reputation for service and quality. Following recent acquisitions, they are entering an exciting phase of expansion across multiple regions. The Opportunity This is a business development role focused on the electrical contractor market across the Midlands, East Anglia, South Coast, and Southwest. The territory includes hundreds of existing accounts, offering significant potential to upsell and cross-sell across a broadened product portfolio. In addition to nurturing existing clients, youll identify and win new business with electrical contractors working on major commercial, residential, and industrial projects. This is a consultative sales role with a strong mix of account development and new business generation. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with electrical contractors across the region Cross-sell newly integrated product lines into existing accounts Win new business from targeted contractors and project opportunities Support contractors with technical and commercial guidance across the product suite Maintain high levels of customer service and territory organisation Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs The Ideal Candidate Background in the electrical sector (wholesale, manufacturing, distribution, or contracting) Field sales or internal sales experience with proven commercial ability Strong understanding of the contractor sales cycle Confident working independently in a fast-paced, field-based role Positive, driven, and professional with excellent interpersonal skills Full UK driving licence Whats on Offer Competitive base salary (up to £55K DOE) 20% commission structure Company car and tools to support your success Career development with a growing, multi-brand organisation
