Responsibilities: To support in curriculum development for Agriculture courses. To provide leadership and management of staff within the department, leading on recruitment and performance management. To manage the activities of departmental staff, ensuring effective organistion in the team, and delivery of outstanding teachign and learning. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.
