VisionPlus Developer

Role/Job Title: VisionPlus Developer Work Location: Sheffield (3 days a week) The Role This role is within the Retail Banking Lending Portfolio . It involves close collaboration with internal engineering teams, DevOps tooling teams, legal, risk management, cybersecurity, and external software providers. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background looking to drive organizational change through continuous improvement. Your Responsibilities Must have a good understanding of Credit Card Systems. WINGSFM/VMX knowledge is appreciated. Must have worked with or be comfortable in VisionPLUS Online architecture , CICS , and online components (coding, debugging, etc.) Must have fair knowledge in the CMS module Must be experienced in production support activities and other SDLC phases Must be able to independently write functional/technical design documents and create high/low-level designs Must possess good communication skills Your Profile Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience 5 15 years of significant software development experience Technical team and stakeholder management, governance, and reporting Ability to work autonomously under pressure to tight deadlines Experience working on global initiatives with teams/stakeholders in multiple locations Full hands-on engineering skills in VisionPlus coding , especially in: VisionPLUS modules: CMS, FAS, VMx, TRAMS, IAS Mainframe technologies: Cobol, CICS, JCL, IAM, VSAM, EZT, File-Aid/Manager
