Customer Success Specialist

Our client, who are a leading digital SaaS company is expanding and are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist (CSS) to be a vital partner in their client's journey. This role blends proactive customer success with responsive support, ideal for someone who enjoys helping users directly while also nurturing long-term client relationships. This is an office based role in Southampton. The successful candidate would ideally need to drive given the location of the office. Skills required: 1 year in customer service role Ideally experience working for a Tech, SaaS business Excellent communication skills Proven ability to build rapport and handle multiple client relationships simultaneously Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, HubSpot, Zendesk, Slack, Teams, or similar is beneficial A curious, tech-savvy attitude with a focus on delivering value to clients Responsibilities: Log client interactions and feedback in our CRM system to inform future engagement Regularly check in with clients to ensure they are maximising the value of their setups and content Serve as a friendly and proactive point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs Monitor client engagement and follow up to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention If you have the skills and experience required, please contact Spectrum IT Recruitment (South) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
