Role Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to pupils with a variety of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional challenges. Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver personalised learning plans. Encourage pupil engagement, independence, and confidence in the classroom. Support with personal care and emotional regulation when needed. ???�? What We're Looking For: Experience working with children with SEN (school or care setting). A calm, patient, and empathetic approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential. �?
