Provide detailed product information and offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Process orders accurately and ensure all details are captured correctly in the system. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Resolve customer concerns effectively, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain an organised record of customer interactions and transactions. Support the team in meeting sales and service targets within the Southampton area. The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Service Sales Advisor should have: Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Comfortable working with CRM systems and other digital tools. A team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving shared goals.
