Business Transformation Manager £75,000 - £85,000 bonus extensive benefits Full Time / Permanent Hybrid / once a week in West Midlands head office The Role and Company: I am looking for a driven and experienced Business Transformation Manager to join a large nationally recognised brand head quartered in the West Midlands. As a Business Transformation Manager you will be driving strategic transformation and innovation across the business. You will be responsible for evaluating the current business model, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing transformation strategies to achieve desired outcomes. You will collaborate closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the transformation aligns with the business's strategic goals. This involves managing projects, monitoring key performance indicators, and addressing any issues that arise during the transformation process. This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate expected to be in the West Midlands head office once a week on average. Key Responsibilities: Identify areas of the business requiring transformation for improved efficiency and growth. Develop and implement comprehensive transformation strategies. Collaborate with senior management and other key stakeholders to align business transformation initiatives with company goals. Manage transformation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Measure the success of each transformation initiative and provide regular progress updates to senior management. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, driving collaboration and productivity. Address any issues or delays in the business transformation process promptly and effectively Experience required: Proven experience in a similar role as a Business Transformation Manager with track record of successful transformation projects. Must have exceptional project management skills, including certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE 2) and a history of leading complex, cross-functional business transformation initiatives to successful completion. Utilities or other regulated industry experience is preferred.
