Job Description
Yumwoof is hiring full-time Regional Sales Representatives based in the United Kingdom to grow our presence in the independent pet retail sector. If youre passionate about dogs, enjoy meeting new people, and want to help bring clean, science-backed, anti-inflammatory dog nutrition to more pet parents, wed love to meet you. Role Overview Youll work closely with our sales leadership to expand Yumwoofs reach in your region by opening and nurturing independent pet retail accounts. This role is ideal for someone whos relationship-driven, motivated by growth, and thrives on the road. Youll represent Yumwoof at local events, in-store demos, and trade shows, helping drive brand awareness and retail success across the map. What Youll Do Sales & Territory Growth: Prospect and open new independent retail partners within your assigned territory Execute a regional sales plan to meet and exceed monthly growth targets Build trusted relationships with store owners and staff through regular site visits and support Identify and pursue opportunities in grooming salons, boutique retailers, and specialty pet channels In-Store Engagement & Community Events Support retail partners with in-store demos, promotions, and special events Represent Yumwoof at local trade shows, pet expos, and community events Increase brand visibility and generate new business leads through local activations Identify and implement creative local marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales Retailer Support & Brand Training Lead product training sessions to educate store staff on Yumwoofs value and nutrition philosophy Serve as the main point of contact for retail accounts, resolving issues quickly and professionally Build strong, supportive relationships with retail partners Gather and relay feedback from the field to help improve products and campaigns Reporting & Market Insights Maintain accurate records of store visits, openings, and performance metrics using internal tools Share regional trends, competitor insights, and strategic ideas with the broader sales team Surface opportunities and challenges to inform Yumwoofs national sales strategy Required Experience & Skills 3 years of retail or field sales experienceideally in the pet, CPG, or wellness industries Proven ability to open new accounts and grow a territory through relationship-building Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing an independent schedule Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned region Strong interpersonal and communication skills A valid drivers license and reliable transportation Basic proficiency with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms) Genuine love for dogs and belief in Yumwoofs mission Why Join Us At Yumwoof, were transforming pet nutrition with clean, anti-inflammatory recipes made from real ingredients and backed by science.
