Dispatch Operative

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Warehouse / Dispatch Operator to join our well-established client based in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join a growing company with potential for a long-term position. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out stock taking and stock management duties Packing and shipping goods accurately and efficiently Ordering basic consumables as needed Using internal systems - must be computer literate Following established processes and procedures Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail Working at pace and showing a strong sense of urgency Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Rotating early and late 8-hour shifts Pay Rate: 13.29£ / ph Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse and dispatch environment Confident using computer systems Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow structured processes A proactive and reliable attitude This role offers a great working environment and the chance to secure a permanent role after a successful probation period.
