Reach Truck Driver

Barker Ross is currently recruiting for Reach Truck Drivers for our client based in Northampton. Purpose Of the Role: To follow the correct processes in an efficient and timely manner ensuring the operation in the TT Warehouse delivers outstanding service to customer specific requirements. All Operational activities within a team and on own initiative in the Transit Terminal Key Responsibilities: Correct movement of freight within the Transit Terminal Loading and unloading of freight Using correct MHE for activities within the Transit Terminal Damage reporting following correct processes Adhering to Health and Safety including all SSOW Use IT equipment daily including scanners and computers for all tasks Completion of all documentation associated with the task correctly Timed activities are met within loading and unloading Skills & Experience: * Experience putting away or retrieving heavy & high value goods * Strong team player * Good attention to detail * Ability to work at a fast pace * Ability to work on own initiative / unsupervised * Computer literate * Manual handling skills * Awareness of health and safety issues * Numeracy and literacy skill Shifts: M-F 05:30-14:00 £12.55 Barker Ross Group values diversity and promotes equality.
