Import Freight Operator

Are you looking to join an exciting Freight Forwarder in Felixstowe? Look no further! This business has been trading in excess of 30 years and are looking for a bubbly individual to join their innovative team as an Import Freight Operator. Key Responsibilities: Process sales invoices to clients through the companies freight software. Receive and action new bookings from clients and oversea agents. Check vessel ETA’s whilst keeping clients updated. Maintain up to date files and records. Work closely with the import operations team to ensure documentation, pricing and introductions are in place. Complete the internal booking process to ensure excellent customer service is delivered. Previous Skills & Experience: Strong customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competent with Microsoft Office packages. Excellent organisational skills. Comfortable working alone and as part of a team.
