Supported Internships Job Coach - Reading

Morgan Hunt are working with a market leading Welfare to Work provider who are recruiting for an SEN Job Coach in Reading. This role will involve supporting SEN learners within the workplace currently on a Supported Internship programme. This is a full time permanent role. The salary for this role is paying between £24,520 - £30,093.The SEN Job Coach will be responsible for: Identifying suitable work opportunities for learners Supporting SEN learners in the workplace whilst in their work experience placements Having a clear understanding of the learners difficulties and addressing these Collaborating with the Tutor and Employer Engagement Officer to ensure suitable placements are sourced Ensuring the learner is on track with their course progress The SEN Job Coach will need to have: Experience of working with SEN learners either in the classroom or the workplace Worked with learners aged 16-18 Experience in working on employability programmes The confidence in order to progress in the role to eventually engage with employers The ability to travel across various sites If you would like to work for a market leading provider within employability to help transform lives young learners with SEN then please apply now.
