Mobile Service Representative Annual Salary: £25k - £27k Location: North London Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a Vending Operator to join our dynamic team. This role involves filling, cleaning, and maintaining premium coffee and vending machines. It's an excellent opportunity for individuals who are customer-focused and eager to work in a fast-growing company specialising in coffee, water, and vending services. Day-to-day of the role: Clean and replenish coffee and vending machines within a specified territory to ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safe operation in compliance with company and statutory regulations. Ensure all points of service are adequately stocked and products are rotated as necessary. Liaise with management and record any machine breakdowns to maintain high standards. Perform minor repairs or services and report any major faults to ensure machines are always in good working order. Complete all necessary tasks on the company's vend management system and participate in any required training. Cash up vending machines and accurately report on cash collected. Provide efficient, caring, and friendly service to customers. Attend to any reasonable management requests. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must hold a full clean UK driving licence as the role requires driving a company vehicle. A clear DBS certificate is required; the company can obtain this on your behalf. Excellent customer service and customer-facing skills. Proactive manner and a positive attitude.
