Project Manager - Temporary Accommodation South-West England Local Authority £450 inside IR35 Hybrid working - Occassional on-site meetings in Bristol area Our local authority client currently have a project that has been implementing a set of consultant's recommendations, with the aim to help reduce the number of people being placed in to temporary accommodation in the area. This work includes a service redesign; a recruitment drive to build the required team; and changes to ways of working that optimise and improve triage and move-on processes and prevent homelessness. At this stage they need an experienced interim project manager to lead the final stages of the project and successfully handover to operational teams that will sustain changes and continue to deliver the intended benefits through to September 2025. We are also anticipating a review that is likely to lead to further recommendation, shaping in to a new project to continue improvements in this area. The appointed project manager will help to shape this work, leading to a potential contract extension to deliver the recommended changes.
