About the Role As Scheme Manager, you will oversee the daily running of the services, ensuring care delivery meets regulatory and organisational expectations. You will be responsible for managing a team of care professionals, coordinating staffing, maintaining compliance, and ensuring a positive experience for residents, staff, and stakeholders.
