Role: Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner Department: Residential Property Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 depending on experience and Billing Capacity Location: Remote Hours : Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Start date: ASAP Experience : Must have experience handling own residential case load and working as a Fee earner Conveyancing Fee earner Job Summary: My client’s established practice is seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Fee earner who can handle a varied conveyancing caseload. You will be working within a high volume residential conveyancing environment. You should be able to: Run a substantial caseload and perform a full range of tasks with limited supervision; Act independently when establishing priorities and managing deadlines; Work well within a team; Utilise your experience and knowledge of conveyancing; Communicate, and build relationships, with clients and third parties in a professional manner; Provide good customer service; and assist the team to ensure company targets are met. Duties & Responsibilities : Complete tasks efficiently, accurately and within specified time-scales, such as: Manage a substantial case-load of residential transactions Checking contract documentation, mortgage offers and search results. Replying to legal enquiries Resolving queries Dealing with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions. Majority of the case work Sales and Purchases Leasehold Re- Mortgages Transfer of equity New build
