Are you a friendly, organised and professional individual who enjoys being the first point of contact in a busy office? We’re looking for a Corporate Services Assistant to take the lead on reception duties while supporting a range of corporate services functions. At Partick Housing Association, we’re committed to delivering excellent homes and services to our communities. As the welcoming face of our organisation, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive helpful first impression for customers as well as providing a central support across the business. What You’ll Do: Be the first point of contact at reception – greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing enquiries in a friendly, professional manner. Provide administrative support across governance, HR, communications, events and office management. Assist with Board and Committee meetings, including preparing papers and taking minutes. Support internal communications and staff engagement activities. Help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. What You’ll Bring: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence using Microsoft Office A proactive, flexible approach and a commitment to great customer service Previous experience in a reception or administrative role (desirable) This is a job share role, working 21 hours Monday - Wednesday.
