Salary: £90 - £95 per dayStart Date: September 2025We are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team at a small, nurturing primary school in Towcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference in children's education and well-being.About the Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will support children's learning across the school, working with individuals, small groups, and assisting within the classroom environment. You will help to foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning atmosphere, working closely with teachers to ensure every child can achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:-Supporting children's learning through both planned activities and spontaneous opportunities.-Working with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning and develop confidence.-Assisting with classroom management and the preparation of learning materials.-Helping to create a happy, safe, and stimulating environment for all pupils.-Building strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and families.About You:-A warm, patient, and encouraging approach.-Previous experience working with children, ideally within a school setting.-Strong communication and teamwork skills.-A flexible attitude and willingness to support the wider life of a small school.-Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
