Flexcube L2 support

Consolidated revenues as of $13 billion. Responsibilities Monitor user requests or service incidents pertaining to Flexcube app and resolve them. Monitor the EOD, EOM, EOY batch and identify any anomalies. Creation of new KBs or modifications of the KB. Run book creation ITRS setup and monitoring Create change request and manage a change implementation. Organize support/provide support to end user during off working hours whenever required. Co-ordinate with Product vendor for any patch or changes. Patch creation and VTM Patch Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment with minimum direction and management oversight. Skills Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Programming & Systems Analysis or related course 8 years of experience in Prod support Must have good experience in Flexcube modules like CASA, LM and LOANS Excellent experience in Flexcube Support, Batch monitoring and its workflow Good at Oracle Database PL/SQL, Unix, Autosys Excellent written and verbal communication skills Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
