Housing Officer

You’ll work closely with tenants, applicants, and stakeholders to ensure our homes are well-managed, our communities are supported, and our services are inclusive and responsive. Details: Full Time Flexible Working Pattern £34,500 Hybrid Temporary (2 Months) (Opportunity for Temp to Perm) Start Date: ASAP Central Edinburgh Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service and support tenant engagement. Manage allocations, voids, and tenancy changes efficiently. Lead on rent and income management, including arrears prevention. Handle estate management, anti-social behaviour, and property inspections. Promote digital inclusion and independent living through personalised engagement. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve the best outcomes. Ensure compliance with housing legislation, health & safety, and regulatory standards.
