Site Manager ( Service Station Operations)

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations across forecourt, convenience store, and coffee shop Lead and supervise a diverse team including fuel attendants, cashiers, and café staff Oversee fuel and retail stock control, ordering, and inventory accuracy Drive sales performance and implement local marketing and promotions Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSSE) Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with brand expectations Manage daily cash-ups, POS systems, and financial reporting Maintain site cleanliness, functionality, and professional presentation Engage with suppliers, reps, and attend relevant regional meetings Requirements: 5 years' experience in fuel retail or similar high-volume retail environment Strong team leadership, staff training, and performance management skills Financial and stock management experience essential Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office and POS/inventory systems ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
