The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced setting, particularly in an Emergency Department, and a strong background in operating Siemens scanners (Model Name: FORCE). Key Responsibilities: - Perform a wide variety of CT procedures, including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction. - Deliver high-quality patient care while performing imaging procedures in a timely and efficient manner. - Maintain effective communication with patients and healthcare personnel to ensure patient comfort and understand the imaging process. - Strictly adhere to safety standards and protocols to protect patients and staff from unnecessary radiation exposure. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications: - ARRT Certification in CT (ARRT(R)(CT)) and current BLS certification. - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist. - Experience with Siemens scanners is mandatory; GE scanner experience is a plus. - Knowledge of Epic and Visage imaging systems. - Strong skills in trauma imaging and routine emergency department procedures. - Must be able to work efficiently under pressure with a high caseload of 150-200 scans per day. Additional Information: - This position requires the candidate to work no weekends off (RTO) and be fully available for the entire duration of the assignment. - The successful candidate may occasionally float within the hospital or to nearby facilities based on skill sets and patient census. - Candidates should be comfortable floating with no restrictions or special requests.
